Announcement regarding Annual Exams/Promotion/ Results/Online Classes
We are living in uncertain times. As we strive to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic and make the best out of this situation, we have had to make some extraordinary decisions. In view of the recent announcement made by the Minister of Education Government of Sindh, we are not conducting the Final Examinations for the academic session 2019-2020.
As per the directive of Education Minister, Mr. Saeed Ghani, it has been decided by the Management of S.M. Public Academy Campus 5 to selectively promote students based on their comprehensive academic performance during the year 2019-2020.
Parents are requested to collect the Result Pack containing the Promotion / Fail certificate and the new session booklist of their ward from the school’s office upon the receipt of the original paid fee voucher of May 2020.
We are committed to providing equitable access to learning for all of our students. In order to ensure the best possible learning outcome, S.M. Public Academy Campus 5 is introducing distance learning solutions until the pandemic persists. We would like to give our parents a walkthrough/demo in how these classes would be conducted via an Orientation Session. The details regarding the distance learning platform will be shared with you in the next post.
Kindly follow the schedule given below for the Result Pack collection and Orientation Session:
Pre-Nur., Nur. & K.G.: Tuesday, 2nd June 2020
Timings: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Grade I, II & III: Wednesday, 3rd June 2020
Timings: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Grade IV, V & VI: Thursday, 4th June 2020
Timings: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Grade VII & VIII: Friday, 5th June 2020
Timings: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Note: Result will be handed over to the parents only. Kindly note that no student would be allowed to enter the school premises. Parents must wear protective gear including masks and gloves before entering the premises. Please avoid any argument with the staff and the gatekeeper.
