How to Apply

Applications are welcome throughout the year, however, beginning the process early increases the likelihood of securing a space for your ward. S.M. Public Academy Campus – 5 accepts applications from Pre-Nursery to Grade 9. Admissions are based on merit and availability of seat. Parent’s interview is also essential.

Following are the steps to get a seat.

Step1

Filling registration form is the first step toward admission.

Registration forms can be collected from the front desk.

Step2

Once registration is completed, admission test is conducted.

Step3

The Parents / Guardians are informed within stipulated time after the test, about the decision of the admission. The student is also required to appear for the interview.

Step4

Once the admission is approved by the Principal, necessary fee challan is issued. Admission is confirmed on the deposit of fee as well as submission of the required documents.

Documents Required for Fresh Admission

  • Parents’ / Guardian’s CNIC copy for verification
  • B-Form of the child (original and photocopy)
  • Two latest 1 x 1 sized colored photographs of the student

Documents Required for Transfer Admission

  • Parents’ / Guardian’s CNIC copy for verification
  • B-Form of the child (original and photocopy)
  • Two latest 1 x 1 sized colored photographs of the student
  • Original school leaving certificate (for admission in Grade 2 onwards)
  • Last progress report
